The next chapter

Italian roots, Vail Valley energy.

Zino first opened in Edwards in the 1990s, then returned in 2010 after a seven-year break. Vail restaurant pioneer Kevin Clair and Giuseppe Bosco partnered for the reopening; Bosco began his restaurant career in a dish pit in Naples at age 15. Nick Haley later joined as executive chef and partner after living and cooking in Northern Italy.

Traditional dishes, with room for something new.

Daily homemade pasta, wood-fired pizza and creative chef specials anchor the menu. The upstairs bar, creekside patio and bocce court keep the atmosphere relaxed and family friendly.
